{"id":67030,"date":"2026-07-15T01:02:31","date_gmt":"2026-07-14T23:02:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ismile.ee\/?p=67030"},"modified":"2026-07-19T13:56:57","modified_gmt":"2026-07-19T11:56:57","slug":"right-of-return-warranty","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ismile.ee\/en\/right-of-return-warranty\/","title":{"rendered":"Right of Return &#038; Warranty"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of Return &amp; Warranty<\/h1>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If the purchased product doesn&#8217;t suit you for any reason, you can return it within 14 days and the purchase amount will be refunded to you (in accordance with point 2.6 of the <a href=\"https:\/\/stage.ismile.ee\/en\/terms-of-use\/\">e-store terms of use<\/a>).<\/li><li>To return a product, please send a free-form withdrawal statement to info@ismile.ee.<\/li><li>The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.<\/li><li>We will refund the money for the returned product to the buyer&#8217;s bank account without delay, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the buyer&#8217;s withdrawal statement. Hambake O\u00dc may refuse to issue the refund until the buyer has returned the item or provided proof that it has been sent back.<\/li><li>Goods that are not suitable for return under health protection laws or for hygienic reasons, and which have been opened after delivery, cannot be returned.<\/li><li>Electrical devices sold by iSmile.ee are covered by the 2-year claim period set out in \u00a7 218(2) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, i.e. the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty.
