If the purchased product doesn’t suit you for any reason, you can return it within 14 days and the purchase amount will be refunded to you (in accordance with point 2.6 of the e-store terms of use).
To return a product, please send a free-form withdrawal statement to info@ismile.ee.
The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging.
We will refund the money for the returned product to the buyer’s bank account without delay, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the buyer’s withdrawal statement. Hambake OÜ may refuse to issue the refund until the buyer has returned the item or provided proof that it has been sent back.
Goods that are not suitable for return under health protection laws or for hygienic reasons, and which have been opened after delivery, cannot be returned.
Electrical devices sold by iSmile.ee are covered by the 2-year claim period set out in § 218(2) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, i.e. the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers repair costs for defects in the device caused by construction, manufacturing, and material faults.
