Delete your account

Here you can permanently delete your iSmile account. The same account is used in the ismile.ee shop and in the iSmile app, so it is deleted from both.

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in details (including sign-in with Google and Apple)
• Your name, addresses and phone number
• Your app sign-ins – you are signed out on every device
• Your name and e-mail address on your reviews (the review text stays, anonymously)

What we keep

• Orders and invoices without your personal data, because the Estonian Accounting Act requires us to keep them for seven years.
• The details of orders still in progress until they are completed. After that we remove the personal data from them automatically.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you want to order again later, you can create a new account.

If you use the iSmile app, you can also delete your account in the app, on the Account tab.
