What is Coenzyme Q10?
Coenzyme Q10 is a substance naturally found in the body that helps cells convert nutrients into energy. In skin, it gives cells energy, “recharging” their regenerative potential, making skin stronger and more resilient again.
It also has strong antioxidant properties, giving it the ability to neutralise cell-damaging free radicals caused by external environmental factors such as UV radiation and pollution, which contribute to the breakdown of collagen and elastin.
