Kiehl's Blue Astringent Herbal Lotion Anti-Blemish Toner 250ml

Description

Kiehl’s chemists developed this remarkable multi-purpose toner in 1964, and it became an instant favourite. Forty years later, it’s valued not only for its exceptional quality but also for its versatility. Customers with oily skin use this toner over the whole face. Many male customers use it as an aftershave treatment for skin irritation. Camphor gives skin a cooling effect and is an effective treatment for oily skin. Menthol offers cooling comparable to peppermint or other mint oils. Sodium PCA is a high-performance moisturiser that leaves skin feeling softer.
