What is Biotherm Blue Therapy SPF25?

It is the dry-skin version of the Multi-Defender day cream from the Blue Therapy line. Biotherm calls it its first anti-ageing cream to protect against UVB, long UVA and pollution. The formula is built on the Broad Outdoor Defense Complex, which combines antioxidant baicalin with F. lumbricalis, which helps protect skin from pollution. According to Biotherm, skin that is better protected is better able to repair itself.

The cream also contains the Algae of Youth, an extract of the brown alga Alaria esculenta. Biotherm says it visibly repairs signs of ageing such as dark spots, deep wrinkles and lack of firmness. Niacinamide, vitamin E, hydrogenated jojoba oil and Biotherm’s signature ingredient Life Plankton complete the formula.
