What is in the Gillette Venus blades 8-pack?

Venus Smooth is Gillette’s classic three-blade range for women. Every cartridge carries three TUT-coated blades framed by protective cushions, plus a Lubrastrip. According to Gillette, the blades cut through all hair types and leave your skin soft and smooth.

The pack lists grape seed oil and avocado oil in the lubricating strip. Both the box and the cartridge tray are recyclable. Gillette says the cartridges suit shaving legs, underarms, arms and the bikini area.

How long do eight blades last?

How to use

1. Press the cartridge onto a Venus handle until you hear a click.
2. Wet your skin with warm water and apply a shaving gel.
3. Shave with light strokes; the pivoting head moves with you around knees and ankles.
4. Rinse the cartridge clean under running water after shaving.
