Nioxin System 2 shampoo (Cleanser Shampoo) is a cleansing shampoo for natural hair with noticeable thinning. It is the first step of the three-part Nioxin system. The bottle holds 300 ml.

What is Nioxin System 2 shampoo?

Nioxin specialises in thinning hair and groups its care into numbered systems. System 2 is made for natural, uncoloured hair that has clearly lost density. The shampoo removes sebum, fatty acids and styling residue from the scalp and hair, all of which can clog follicles. A clean scalp is a good base for the next care steps. Nioxin says it leaves hair stronger and thicker.

Peppermint oil, wild mint oil and menthol refresh the scalp. The formula also includes salicylic acid, biotin, niacinamide, panthenol and green tea extract.

Who it is for

How to use

1. Apply the shampoo to a wet scalp.
2. Massage gently and evenly.
3. Rinse thoroughly.
4. Follow with the System 2 conditioner and the scalp and hair treatment.

Nioxin recommends using the complete system at least three times a week.
